Choose our makeup and hairstyling service. We collaborate with experienced stylists to offer professional services exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Advance reservations are required. The service takes about 30 minutes.

What should I wear?
(Acceptable) The best option would be black shirt. Casual clothing with solid colour is fine for a passport/PR photo. Scoop or v-necks work nicely. If it’s too low cut or if it’s a tank top, you might look naked, so check the neckline. (Unacceptable) Since you will be in front of a white background, avoid white shirt. Government officials often reject hooded sweatshirts and not accept sunglasses and tinted eyewear in passport/PR photos. You may wear clear eyeglasses, but there can be no glare in the photo. For that reason, it is usually a good idea to remove your glasses. Hats or other head coverings are not acceptable unless they are worn for religious reasons. Uniforms or anything that resembles a uniform (including camouflage) are not allowed. Wear a minimal amount of jewelry. ---------------
How many photos will I receive?
Photo quantities vary: Canadian passport/PR photos come in pairs, while study/work permit photos are provided in sets of four. All photos meet passport size requirements and are stamped with the date on the back. For sizes 50x50mm and larger, we print two copies; for smaller sizes, we print four. ---------------
Do you photograph babies?
Yes. The fee for baby photography is the same as for adults, even though it may take more time and be more challenging, as babies cannot sit still and look at the camera. Nevertheless, we maintain our commitment to service and charge the same as for adults. ---------------
Do you provide clothing for rent?
Yes, We offer a few simple suits for customers who want to use them, or for those who accidentally wear white clothing, as adding a suit jacket can prevent photos from being rejected. ---------------
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Although there is very little possibility, we offer a guarantee. If the government rejects your photo for any reason, come back and we will take it again, then print a new copy at no charge to you. All we ask is that you tell us why the government rejected the photo. That will help us make sure to avoid the problem in the future. ---------------
What if I have to reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. When we book your shoot, we reserve that specific date and time just for you. Last-minute cancellations for non-emergency reasons make it challenging for us to fill that time slot. ---------------
Do you have parking space?
Yes. We provide free parking space for our customers while they are shooting, it's in front of our studio. ---------------
